Update

My mom called late last night with some sketchy details, so this morning I called to get more details before I hop in the car.

He has some kind of intestinal blockage that is yet to be determined. It could be scar tissue from his radiation treatments, diverticulitis, or some kind of weird side effect from his blood thinner. Apparently the level of blood thinner in his system is way too high, so the surgeon elected not to do surgery since he's not in severe distress and will be running massive tests today.

Please keep my dad in your thoughts. And thanks for the e-mails and phone calls, y'all. I'll update when I can, since I'll be in the land of dial-up.
